Lia McIntosh Lia McIntosh is an ICF certified executive coach, consultant, trainer, speaker, and community advocate. As Program Officer for Education, in the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Kansas City, MO, she empowers leaders and organizations to build sustainable relationships and grow their impact in the neighborhoods and marketplaces they serve. 
After graduating from seminary in 2010, she founded Renaissance UMC, an urban new church start reaching mostly African Americans in south Kansas City. She was also the lead pastor of St. Luke’s UMC, a multicultural congregation in Kansas City.
