While trends may come and go, and we might have ended the "worship wars," as Rev. Dr. Constance Cherry notes in our lead article, we still wonder, "What is the future of worship?" What broad changes might we encounter, and what best practices might we adopt to meet future shifts and challenges no matter what form they take? Who will our liturgy and preaching try to reach in the decades to come? And how? This issue seeks a beginning for such answers.
